Although IQ is quite difficult to develop, EQ or emotional intelligence is a set of learnable skills.  It is not easy to make the change, of course, however with proper coaching and good perseverance, development of Emotional Intelligence Skills can be achieved.  And not only that, but when you develop your EQ, your enhance your success and well-being.

Research shows that Emotional Intelligence accounts or almost 50-60% of your success at work.  Employees with higher emotional intelligence earn higher wages and have more possibility of reaching higher levels in their organizations.

It depends on the objective that you and the change that you are aiming for.  Some goals can be achieved with only a few sessions of coaching, while others need 3-4 months of coaching.  That is why our coaching programs are tailor made to suit the goals of different leaders.

The frequency of the sessions is variable and depends on the personal preference of each leader.  If a leader likes to move fast, then we can do weekly sessions.  If a leader likes to take the time to reflect on the learnings, then probably twice a month is a good frequency for that leader.  From experience, the most common frequency especially with executives is two sessions per month.
