From award-winning marketing leader to sales executive, my leadership journey revealed the critical role of emotional intelligence (EI) in building high-performing teams. During my transition into sales management, I faced challenges that underscored the need for trust-based leadership and conversational intelligence to truly connect with team members.
This experience transformed my leadership approach and led to a Sales Manager of the Year Award nomination. Today, as a certified executive coach, I support leaders in developing emotional intelligence, enhancing team communication, and building trust within their organizations—empowering them to lead with clarity, empathy, and impact.
